What styles of dance do you teach?
Katia teaches:
Argentine Tango (Salon, Milonguero, Fantasia, Stage, Milonga & Vals). I teach all styles including Traditional & Nuevo)
American Rhythm (Cha Cha, Rumba, East Coast Swing, Bolero & Mambo)
Salsa, Bachata, Merenque & Cumbia
Do you teach private lessons?
Yes! Private lessons are either 45 minutes of 1 hour depending on the studio.

Do you teach group classes?

How much do dance lessons cost?
Group classes cost $15 to $20 per class depending on the program.
Katia’s rates for private lessons vary on the package purchased. Katia offers a new student special at a discounted rate. Contact Katia for more information.
I have never danced before. Do you teach beginners?
Absolutely! Katia will design a program to accomplish your dance goals whether you are a beginner or a competitive dancer.
I want to compete. Do you teach competitors?
Yes! Katia holds multiple national and world titles in several styles of dance. Please contact her to so she can help design a program to help you accomplish your goals.
Do you offer Teacher/Student or Pro-Am performances?
Yes! Katia offers a Pro-Am package that provides a professionally choreographed Pro-Am routine, lessons and training required, as well as the option to include videography and editing to provide a professional video for the student. This same routine can then be performed at one of Katia’s milongas, studio showcase parties or other special events that the student requires. Which locations do you teach out of?
Katia is based in San Diego and primarily teaches in studios throughout San Diego and Orange County.
Are you available to perform at events?
Yes! Katia performs regularly with one of her dance partners at events ranging from private corporate functions to stage shows. Please contact her to check her availability.
